Credits do not roll
Unused sessions expire at the end of the period. It keeps the timetable honest and the rooms full.

Travelling for a month? Tell the front desk and we will freeze it.
Both studios
Every plan covers Al Quoz and the Marina. No zone pricing.

Questions we actually get

Is there a contract or a joining fee?
Neither. Membership runs month to month and you can stop at the end of any period without a notice requirement or an exit fee. We do not run twelve-month commitments, and we do not discount for signing one. If the training is working you will stay, and if it is not, a contract only delays you leaving.
What happens to unused sessions at the end of the month?
They do not carry over. That sounds harsh and it is deliberate: rolling credits produce a timetable full of bookings nobody intends to attend, which means full classes that are half empty on the day. If you consistently finish a month with credits spare, the front desk will suggest a smaller plan rather than let it keep happening.
How does cancelling a class work?
Free up to four hours before the session starts, and the credit goes straight back on your account. Inside four hours the credit is spent, because at that point somebody on the waitlist could have taken the place and no longer can. Cancel from the member portal or by calling the studio — both do the same thing.
What if a class I want is full?
Join the waitlist from the timetable. When somebody cancels, the first person on the list is booked in automatically and told by email — you do not need to be watching for it. On peak evening classes a place usually comes back within a day. Waitlisting costs nothing and does not spend a credit unless you are promoted.
Can I pause my membership over the summer?
Yes, and a lot of members do. Tell the front desk how long you are away and we will freeze the membership for that period rather than have you cancel and rejoin. It is a common request between June and September and there is no charge for it. Pausing keeps your rate if prices have moved in the meantime.
Does the timetable change during Ramadan?
It does. We run a lighter pre-iftar block in the late afternoon and a fuller programme after taraweeh, and overall volume across the month comes down for everyone rather than being left to individual judgement at the end of a fasting day. The revised timetable is published a fortnight ahead each year.
Are both studios included in every plan?
Yes. Every plan covers Al Quoz and Dubai Marina with no zone pricing and no home-studio restriction. The two rooms run different timetables — barbell and technical work at Al Quoz, studio and conditioning at the Marina — so most members end up using both rather than choosing one.
Do you do corporate memberships?
We do, mostly for offices in Al Quoz and around the Marina. They work as a block of places the company holds rather than a discount code employees redeem, which is simpler to administer and means the places actually get used. The front desk can put one together in an afternoon — start with the contact form.
